Asian-style cucumber salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cucumber(s)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil or neutral vegetable oil
  • e.g. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the cucumber and place it in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and (optional) a little maple syrup. Stir everything together and serve as a side dish to hot or cold main courses.
