Zucchini salad simple and delicious

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 spring onions
  • some vinegar
  • some sunflower oil
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. chives
  • n. B. Dill
  • 150 ml Cremefine, 7% fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Wash and peel the zucchini, and grate it into coarse strips. Wash the spring onions and slice them into fine rings. Add them to the zucchini. Season with salt, pepper, dill, chives, vinegar, and oil. Mix in the Cremefine and thin with water if necessary. Let it sit in the refrigerator for several hours, but at least two hours. Tip: I only deseed the zucchini if ​​they’re extremely large and have lots of large seeds. This makes a great alternative to cucumber salad when you have a zucchini glut.
