Zucchini Spread with Garlic

The perfect zucchini spread with garlic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Zucchini
  • Salt, pepper as needed
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 hard boiled Eggs
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • Parsley to taste
  1. Finely grate the zucchini and season with salt.
  2. Let stand briefly so that the juice comes out and then squeeze out the zucchini.
  3. Briefly roast the zucchini in a pan, remove from the heat and add the squeezed garlic.
  4. Mix everything well and then let it cool.
  5. Add the sour cream with the boiled eggs to the cold zucchin mixture, stir well and then add the mustard and chopped parsley.
