Zucchini Spread with Garlic
The perfect zucchini spread with garlic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Zucchini
- Salt, pepper as needed
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 hard boiled Eggs
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 100 g Sour cream
- Parsley to taste
- Finely grate the zucchini and season with salt.
- Let stand briefly so that the juice comes out and then squeeze out the zucchini.
- Briefly roast the zucchini in a pan, remove from the heat and add the squeezed garlic.
- Mix everything well and then let it cool.
- Add the sour cream with the boiled eggs to the cold zucchin mixture, stir well and then add the mustard and chopped parsley.
- The spread, also ideal for a barbecue party, tastes delicious, but nobody could taste the zucchini. Give it a try !!!
