Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 large onion(s)
- ½ zucchini
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Sour cream or crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- Soup seasoning

easy and fast
Dice the onion. Wash the zucchini, halve it, and scoop out the insides. Cut one half of the zucchini into small pieces. (For small zucchini, you can also use the whole zucchini, including the insides.) In a large pan, fry the diced onion with a little oil and salt until translucent. Add the minced meat. When the minced meat is golden brown, season generously with salt and pepper and add the garlic, crushed using a garlic press. Then add the zucchini pieces and fry for 3-5 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes, until the zucchini pieces are slightly softened but still firm to the bite. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and soup seasoning. If you like, you can also add curry powder. The mixture of onion, tomatoes, and curry is very flavorful. Finally, refine the dish with sour cream or crème fraîche and cook for another 5 minutes. Noodles or rice go well with it.
