Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sugar
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the chicken into small strips or cubes. Heat the oil in a pan, brown the chicken, and after about 3 minutes, add the ham cubes. Continue to brown everything well. Season with a little pepper; do not add salt; the ham is salty enough. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cream cheese. Wash the zucchini, cut it in half, and scrape out any soft bits with a spoon. Place the zucchini in a baking dish. Season the inside with salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour the filling into the zucchini. Season the passata with a little salt, pepper, sugar, and herbs and pour into the baking dish. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and arrange them over the zucchini. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 25 minutes. This goes well with baguette, pasta salad, potato salad, rice, or potatoes.
