Zucchini with pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 4 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 large red bell peppers
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 20 g margarine or butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Aromat
  • n. B. shrimp(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

light and tasty summer dish, also good with shrimp

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Cut the zucchini and bell pepper into fairly small cubes. Heat margarine/butter in a saucepan. Add the zucchini and bell pepper. Stir briefly. Cover the pan and cook until everything is tender. If the zucchini doesn’t release enough water, just add a little more. Add sour cream and season to taste. If desired, you can also fry shrimp and stir in.
