Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some salt
  • 1 tbsp spice mix (soup seasoning)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • some oil
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the flour in a bowl, whisk the egg with the salt, and pour it over the flour. Stir with a fork and then use your fingers to break it up into small lumps, similar to crumbles. Add the soup seasoning to the boiling water and slowly add the lumps to the broth, stirring constantly. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Dice the onion and brown it in a little oil in a pan. Add the onions to the finished soup and garnish with herbs, if desired.
