Paprika – Chili – Butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 2 chili peppers, dried
  • 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 pinch of salt

Remove the butter from the refrigerator early so it comes to room temperature, then cream it until creamy and add the paprika. Crush the chili peppers and salt in a mortar and pestle and add them as well. Place the finished butter on cling film and refrigerate it for a short time (about 15 minutes), then roll it into a roll. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavor to develop. It goes perfectly with grilled steaks.
