1 A Baked Apple Cake with Pudding

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 8 m.-large apples, sour
  • 400 ml coconut milk or cream
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the batter ingredients into a sponge mixture and spread the batter into a springform pan. Core the apples and, without peeling them, cut them into large sticks, roughly like chips. Make a vanilla pudding from coconut milk, milk, custard powder, and sugar. Stir the apple sticks into the hot pudding, pour them onto the batter while still hot, and bake the cake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes. Then turn off the oven and let the cake cool in the oven, ideally overnight. Remove from the pan only when completely cool.
