Spiced sugar for many occasions

Drop the lemon oil into a screw-top jar, close the jar, and shake well to ensure the oil is evenly distributed. Add the sugar, close the jar, shake again, and let it rest for 14 days. It’s perfect for sweet dishes, cakes, etc.
