Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g almonds, unpeeled or peeled if you prefer
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 2 tsp, heaped salt, as finely ground as possible

Heat clarified butter in a pan, add almonds, and stir gently until crispy. Cook over high heat for about 6-10 minutes. They should all be coated with a thin layer of butter. Pour onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt, preferably from a spice mill set to the very fine setting. It’s important that the salt is as fine as possible, otherwise it won’t stick well.
