Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 100 g semolina
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • n. B. cinnamon-sugar mixture

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with mascarpone

Bring the milk to a boil with a pinch of salt. Add the semolina and cook for about 20 minutes until smooth. Stir frequently and add the sugar. Remove from the heat, add the mascarpone, and stir until melted. Divide among plates and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to serve.
