2 Cheese Tarte Flambée
The perfect 2 cheese tarte flambée recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 220 g Spelled flour type 630
- 30 g Whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 125 g Water
- 200 g Sour cream 10% fat
- 200 g Diced feta
- 150 g Grated Emmental
- 1 pinch Salt
- Baking paper
Dough:
- Knead the flour, salt and oil and let rest a little. Then roll out thinly on baking paper!
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees!
- Place the dough with baking paper on the baking sheet and spread the sour cream on it, add a little salt! Then spread the diced feta and shredded cheese on top!
- Bake in the oven, bottom rack for about 10-20 minutes (depending on the oven) until golden brown!
