Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salad – cream, light
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

light and tasty – with meat, bread and vegetables

Mix the sour cream and sour cream. Use a measuring cup to measure the salad cream and add it. Add 1-2 (or more) crushed garlic cloves, depending on your taste. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well. Done! The sauce tastes best when it’s been left to stand for a while. It’s great for grilling, raclette, or dipping vegetables or bread.
