3 Easy Low Carb Snacks
The perfect 3 easy low carb snacks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Zucchini Chips:
- 1 Pc. Zucchini
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Olive oil
Carrot sticks:
- 3 Pc. Carrots
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Cauliflower Snack:
- 1 Pc. Cauliflower
- 80 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 100 g Parmesan
- 1 Pc. Garlic cloves chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Pc. Egg
Zucchini Chips:
- Cut the zucchini into thin, even slices.
- Mix the spices together.
- Spread the zucchini slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet without overlapping. Brush with olive oil and spread the spice mixture on top.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Carrot sticks:
- Wash the carrots and quarter them lengthways, cutting off the ends.
- Mix the carrots in a bowl with the olive oil, the parsley, the paprika powder and the salt and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake the carrots at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cauliflower Snack:
- Wash the cauliflower and remove the greens. Chop the florets into small pieces.
- Mix the cauliflower pieces well with the remaining ingredients.
- Form small rolls with your hands and place them upright on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
