3 Easy Low Carb Snacks

The perfect 3 easy low carb snacks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Zucchini Chips:

  • 1 Pc. Zucchini
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Olive oil

Carrot sticks:

  • 3 Pc. Carrots
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cauliflower Snack:

  • 1 Pc. Cauliflower
  • 80 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • 1 Pc. Garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Pc. Egg

Zucchini Chips:

  1. Cut the zucchini into thin, even slices.
  2. Mix the spices together.
  3. Spread the zucchini slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet without overlapping. Brush with olive oil and spread the spice mixture on top.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Carrot sticks:

  1. Wash the carrots and quarter them lengthways, cutting off the ends.
  2. Mix the carrots in a bowl with the olive oil, the parsley, the paprika powder and the salt and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake the carrots at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.

Cauliflower Snack:

  1. Wash the cauliflower and remove the greens. Chop the florets into small pieces.
  2. Mix the cauliflower pieces well with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Form small rolls with your hands and place them upright on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
