3-fruit Jam
The perfect 3-fruit jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Currants
- 250 g Raspberries
- 250 g Mirabelle plums
- 900 g Preserving sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Mix the selected, washed fruits with the sugar and leave to stand overnight. Then put everything in a chrome steel pan and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and simmer for 4 minutes.
- If necessary, skim the jam and immediately pour it simmering hot to just below the rim in clean, preheated jars and seal. Turn the glasses upside down for a moment and let them cool down.
- Tip 3: Can also be prepared with frozen fruit.
