Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 450 ml water
- 1 cube of yeast
- 2 tbsp bread spice mix
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 2 tsp salt
- 80 g kernels or seeds
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Oil or baking paper, for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water, then add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until a dough forms. Then grease a baking pan or line it with baking paper and bake the dough for about 50-60 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
