Overnight Oats

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp nuts or almonds
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Mash the banana with a fork and mix all the ingredients together, except for the blueberries, then refrigerate overnight. The next day, add the blueberries and some nuts for decoration and serve.
