Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g cherries
  • 250 g currants
  • 250 g blackberries
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • ½ lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Perfect for breakfast

Bring the cherries, currants, blackberries, and raspberries to a boil in a saucepan. Then churn everything through a food mill to remove the seeds. Bring the fruit and lemon juice back to a boil. Once boiling, stir in the sugar and simmer for 4 minutes. Then pour the jam into hot, rinsed twist-off jars and seal immediately. Turn the jars upside down for about 20 minutes. This also works with frozen fruit.
