4-cheese Tarte Flambée
The perfect 4-cheese tarte flambée recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Flame Cake Dough:
- 120 ml Warm water
- 6 g Yeast fresh
- 200 g Spelled flour
- 1 pinch Salt
Covering:
- 200 g Low-Fat cream cheese, e.g. from Tresana
- Sweet paprika powder
- Salt
- 4 Fresh spring onions in rings
- 100 g Grated Emmental
- 100 g Pie brie in slices
- 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
Flame Cake Dough:
- Crumble the yeast in warm water, then add the salt and gradually knead in the flour. Until a tough dough is formed! Let rise covered in a warm place for 45 minutes!
Preheat oven to 220 degrees!
- Then roll out the dough in a rectangle on baking paper. Brush with cream cheese and sprinkle with paprika powder and salt. Then cover one after the other with spring onions, Emmental cheese, sweetbreads and Parmesan.
- Bake the flame cake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
