Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g cream puffs (frozen, 2 packs)
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 pack of raspberries (frozen)
- 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (e.g. Milchmädchen)
- some meringues
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
with raspberries, quark and cream puffs
Arrange the profiteroles in a baking dish. Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the quark until smooth. Pour the cream over the profiteroles and spread evenly. Sprinkle the raspberries over the cream. Crumble the meringues in your hands and sprinkle over the raspberries. Let rest for approximately 45-60 minutes.
