Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ⅛ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ cup soy sauce or oyster sauce
  • 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ jar sour cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Puree the sour cherries. Gradually add the remaining ingredients. Simmer the sauce in a saucepan for about 20 minutes.
