Sweet and spicy peach sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 peach(s) , from the can
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, large
  • 2 tbsp sugar, liquid sweetener also works
  • 100 ml broth
  • ⅛ tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (apple or fruit vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely dice the onion and sauté in a little oil. Finely dice the peaches and add them to the onions along with the garlic clove. Add the sugar (sweetener), broth, salt, pepper, and vinegar and bring back to a boil briefly. Then puree with a hand blender and let cool. It goes perfectly with grilled meats or fondues.
