Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base, dark, 3-layer
- 4 cups of cream
- n. B. sugar
- n. B. cocoa powder
- 150 g chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
without baking
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Place the bottom layer on a cake plate. Put 1/3 of the cream into a bowl and beat with a little sugar and cocoa powder until stiff peaks form. Mix 50g of the melted chocolate with the cream until well blended. Spread this cream on the first layer. Place the second layer on top of the cream and prepare the second layer of cream in the same way as the first, then spread it on the base. Place the top layer on top and prepare the third portion of cream in the same way as the other two. Spread the cream a little thinner on the top layer, as the cake will be covered all over with cream and some will be needed for decoration. Put the remaining chocolate cream in a piping bag and decorate the cake with it.
