Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g raisins
- 4 tbsp rum
- 200 g chocolate
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 6 eggs
- 225 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 200 g ground almonds
- 75 g cornstarch
- 125 g almond sticks
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Cream the butter, vanilla sugar, salt, and sugar until fluffy, then beat in the eggs. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, add to the batter, and mix thoroughly. Fold in the raisins, chocolate, and almonds, and pour everything into a large baking dish. Bake at 170-190°C. After 60 minutes, cover and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
