Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g flour
- 115 g margarine, vegan
- 60 g sugar
- 1 tbsp soy flour + 2 tbsp water or egg substitute powder
- Red jam, to taste

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
without egg, milk or other animal products
Knead the flour with the margarine, sugar, and egg substitute by hand. Pinch off cherry-sized pieces of dough, shape them into balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Dust your thumb with flour to make small indentations in the balls. Fill the indentations with jam. Bake the balls at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
