Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g Frikadelle(n) (meatballs), small
- 1 large onion(s)
- 125 g mushrooms
- 120 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the onions and trim the mushrooms. Dice both. Fry them together in a generous splash of hot olive oil. Once the onions are translucent, add the meatballs and tomato paste. Once the onions and mushrooms have taken on a nice color, pour in the vegetable stock. Add the ketchup and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let the sauce simmer a little longer. Serve with bread, pasta, or rice.
