Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 ml vodka
  • 500 ml juice (banana juice or other thick fruit juice)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • 300 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the vodka with banana juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Fold the yogurt into the mixture. Then whip the cream and gently fold it in. Pour everything into bottles and shake well. It will keep for about a week if kept refrigerated, but shake occasionally. This recipe yields approximately 2 liters.
