Beans with beans – wok

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g beans, green, up to 40% more
  • 1 can brown beans
  • 500 g pork
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Sambal Oelek
  • Soy sauce (Ketjap manis)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the green beans and cut them into smaller pieces. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry them in a little oil. Dice the onions and sauté them. Add the green beans and sauté until tender, but they should still have some bite. Add a little water if necessary to prevent burning. Squeeze the garlic or chop it very finely. Add sambal and ketjap to taste. Finally, stir in the drained brown beans and heat through.
