Finely dice the peeled apple and knead it with all the other ingredients into a smooth dough. If the dough is too soft, chill it for about 1 hour. Then roll approximately walnut-sized pieces of dough into balls and flatten them, leaving some space between them, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
