Banana curry cream soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 bananas
  • 40 g flour
  • 1 liter chicken broth (instant)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 8 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp pistachios, kernels, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the onion and garlic clove, finely dice the onion, and mash the garlic clove. Add the butter, sauté the diced onion and garlic, and stir in the curry powder. Peel and slice 1 banana, add, and heat briefly. Dust with flour, pour in the chicken stock, and bring to a boil. Cook for 3-5 minutes, strain the soup through a sieve, and season with salt and pepper. Peel and slice the second banana, and add it to the soup. Bring it to a boil briefly, stir in the cream, heat through, and finally sprinkle the soup with finely chopped pistachios.
