- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter or margarine
- breadcrumbs
- Salt
- nutmeg
- broth, boiling

Soup dumplings
In a bowl, mix all ingredients (eggs to nutmeg) together thoroughly. Cover with a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll into walnut-sized balls and gradually add them to the boiling soup. Cook over low heat.
