Festive chocolate cake

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 cake base (sponge cake base, dark)
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 bar of chocolate (Schogetten)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the base into 3 pieces, beat 1 1/2 cups of cream with a little sugar and cocoa powder until stiff (3 times). Use a large knife to beat the bottom layer first, then the next layer on top, then more chocolate mixture, then the lid and the remaining mixture on top and around it! Decorate the cake with chocolate sprinkles and other tasty and attractive things! It’s really quick, makes children’s eyes light up, is really delicious and not nearly as rich as normal cream cakes! You can vary it as you like; there are no limits to this cake!
