Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 350 ml milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil or margarine
- some oil or vegetable cream for spreading
Instructions

nice and light – airy, slightly sweet
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk and let stand for about 5 minutes. Then add the flour, salt, and oil and knead everything into a dough. Let it rise for 5 minutes, then place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Shape the dough into either a loaf of bread or rolls and let it rise for another 15 to 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan oven). Brush the dough with oil or vegetable cream and bake on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. For a nice crust, place a bowl of water in the oven. If you like, you can also sprinkle the rolls with poppy seeds or sesame seeds before baking.
