- 75 g herb cream cheese
- 20 g salami
- 20 g red bell pepper(s)
- n. B. spring onion(s)
- e.g. grated cheese (Emmental etc.)
- 3 slice(s) of bread(s) (brown bread)
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Recycling leftovers
Chop the salami, bell peppers, and spring onions into small pieces, spread the cream cheese on the brown bread, then arrange the sliced ingredients on the bread. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top (more or less, to taste) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
