Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 350 g sugar
  • 120 g butter
  • 125 ml milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder, level
  • 6 apples
  • Cinnamon sugar or 75 g almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

My friend’s recipe

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Then, add the boiling butter and milk to the egg mixture, stirring well. Fold in the flour and baking powder, and place everything on a baking sheet. Dice the apples and sprinkle over the batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or 75 flaked almonds. Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
