  • 1 lemon(s), sliced

Season the turkey schnitzels with salt and pepper, and layer them in a Tupperware container with finely sliced ​​garlic and rosemary (or lemon slices if desired). Drizzle each layer with olive oil. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. I prepare the schnitzels this way for grilling; you can also pan-fry them, of course. No additional fat is needed.
