Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 3 corner(s) of cream cheese
- 1 pack of Edam cheese, grated
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- some beer
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Stir or blend all ingredients thoroughly and spread on baguette or toast. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180-200°C (top/bottom heat). The spread should turn a golden brown. Done, enjoy!
