Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream
  • 265 g buttermilk
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g raspberries
  • e.g. Tonka bean paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

from the ice cream machine

Puree all ingredients, then strain through a sieve. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze for about 40 minutes. Enjoy immediately or pour into a container and store in the freezer.
