Raspberry – Strawberry – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g raspberries
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 1 point lemon(s) – acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and chop the fruit, then mash it into a puree. Mix the puree with the gelling sugar and citric acid and bring to a boil. Boil gently for 4 minutes, skim off the foam, and pour into screw-top jars.
