Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg banana(s)
  • 2 lemon(s) or
  • 1 grapefruit(s)
  • ⅛ liter of water
  • 1 kg gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the bananas and squeeze the lemon or grapefruit juice. Add the water and gelling sugar and mix well. Let it boil for a few minutes, then pour into screw-top jars and seal immediately.
