Basic Recipe: Sweet Shortcrust Pastry

Topping example:

  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 300 g Flour
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • Grapes
  • Raspberry
  • Dried cherries
  1. Lightly knead the cold butter in pieces with the sugar and salt.
  2. Add the egg and mix in.
  3. Add the flour and knead everything well.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured worktop to about half a centimeter.
  5. Flour the rolling pin and wrap the dough loosely around it. Lift the dough over a cake tin, place on top and press down. Cut off the excess dough. Prick the bottom evenly with a fork.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for 16 minutes.

Topping example:

  1. Spread 7,250 ml of whipped cream on the floor using a piping bag. Spread the fruit on the cream.
