Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 225 g flour
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs, separated
- pinch(s) of salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- ½ liter of milk
- Clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the flour, pudding powder, and baking powder in a bowl and make a well in the center. Combine the egg yolks, salt, sugar, and milk and gradually add them to the well. Stir everything together until a smooth batter forms. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Fry the pancakes in clarified butter until golden brown.
