Milk foam soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the pudding mix with a little cold milk. Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla sugar and salt. Stir the mixed pudding mix into the hot milk and let it simmer for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Now beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in the egg yolks and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Pour this egg mixture into the soup and stir vigorously. Serve immediately. Serve with a sugar and cinnamon mixture.
