Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 200 g ham, raw or cooked
- 1 cup cream or coconut milk
- 1 small bunch of chives
- Vinegar, preferably orange vinegar
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Cook the cauliflower until al dente. Cut the ham into small pieces. Fry the raw ham until crispy; use cooked ham raw. Finely chop the chives. Mix the still-warm cauliflower with cream (or coconut milk) and season with vinegar, oil, pepper, and salt. Let it stand for 30 minutes.
