Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 ml milk
- 150 ml oil
- 5 bars of Kinder chocolate
- 100 g chocolate, white

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
quick chocolate muffins, moist and fluffy, with chocolate pieces, for 12 muffins
Makes 12 muffins. Mix the baking powder into the flour and all the other ingredients (except the chocolate) and mix until smooth. A hand mixer is perfectly adequate. Chop the Kinder chocolate bars into medium-sized pieces and the white chocolate into small pieces. Add half of the Kinder chocolate bars and all of the white chocolate to the batter and mix thoroughly. The batter can now be poured into the muffin tins. Then scatter the remaining Kinder chocolate pieces on top of the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for approximately 18-20 minutes. These muffins are incredibly easy to make and incredibly delicious.
