Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 200 g ground almonds
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Powdered sugar, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
without flour!
Melt the butter and chocolate. Mix with all other ingredients and pour the batter into a baking pan or springform pan. Bake at 160°C for 40 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar and cappuccino stencils.
