Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg wheat flour
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 packets of dry yeast
- 650 ml water, lukewarm
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Knead all ingredients into a smooth yeast dough, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour (double the amount). Preheat oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat) and bake on the middle rack for 35 minutes. Note: At the request of the recipe submitter and based on the many comments, we reduced the number of yeast packets in the recipe from four to two on June 27, 2014.
