Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sour cream or
  • Crème fraîche or milk
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the potatoes, peel them, and slice them not too thinly. Make a light yellow roux, season with the cream, spices, crushed garlic clove, and parsley. Bring the potato slices to a boil. Serve with meat dishes or a mixed salad.
