Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • ¼ liter vegetable broth
  • ¼ liter cream
  • 2 bunches of dill
  • 1 tbsp potato flour
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. Bring the broth with cream or milk to a boil, add the potato slices, and let it simmer for 12-15 minutes. Stir gently occasionally. Stir in the potato flour and thicken the dish. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Chop the dill and add it before serving. Smoked fish goes well with this dish.
